Beautiful soft blue with white floral pattern accented by lace. 2 snap plus ribbon closure at top. Hand wash.

Condition- Vintage Pre-owned as pictured. Area of pale yellowing on the collar lace. 1 dot size yellow spot to the interior. Slight fraying to a small spot at the end of the lace bottom in front.
